About the price
Do I pay anything to start?
No. You start on a free trial with no card and no payment, so there is nothing to refund if you decide to stop. Billing only begins when you tell us to start it.
What counts as an extra site?
Each ERPNext site is a separate company database. A second site is useful for a second company, a staging copy or a test environment. They are $2 per month each.
When is support billed per hour?
Hosting problems are always included. Work on your configuration, data, reports or custom code is billed per hour, and we tell you the estimate before we start.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Any tax that applies to your country is added to the invoice.
What if I need more than the plan covers?
Send the details and we quote it. Larger setups get their own instance size and their own price, agreed in writing before anything starts.
