Can you move my existing ERPNext site?
Yes. We take a backup of your current site and database, restore it on the new instance and check the result with you before you switch over.
What does 24/7 support cover?
Hosting issues: downtime, errors, updates, restores and access. Work on your customisations or on how your company uses ERPNext is quoted separately, or billed per hour.
Can I cancel or change the plan later?
The plan is billed monthly, so you can stop at the end of any month. Add-ons such as storage and extra sites can be changed at any time.
